Helping Improve Manufacturing Performance
What is Knowledge
Knowledge is a familiarity with someone or something, which can include facts, information, descriptions, or skills acquired through experience or education. (Wikipedia)
We have a lot of knowledge gained by a good mix of experience and education, however, so do you and your colleagues.
We believe in cultivating your collective knowledge, and helping you to use the knowledge in the most applicable way.
It has been said many times that the role of the consultant is to borrow your watch to tell you the time, then charge a fee and walk off with your watch.
Well, we have the watches but we prefer to leave them with you, and show you better ways to interpret the time, to lever optimum results.
Your results are sustainable, ours require a lot of hard work, and our continued presence, which is not in anybody’s best interest.
Let us set up a meeting to evaluate where you are, and where you want to be, and see if we can’t map out a route to achieving your goal through engaging your people.
If we find gaps in your collective knowledge with respect to your goals, then we can target specific training to bridge that gap, and in the mean time we can temporarily bridge the gap to maintain momentum on your progress.
