Project Management
Project management is the discipline of planning, organising, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. A project is a temporary endeavour with a defined beginning and end (time-constrained, constrained by funding), undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, to bring about beneficial change or added value.
TPM++ have planned and managed many projects over the years, and have helped clients deliver their own project management.
We have experience of using several different software applications, and although the Prince 2 principles are embraced, we have elected not to gain accreditation.
